I was about to place an order on Nature's Oil, and the products seemed fine. I had a small bottle in my cart and figured it would be a quick, easy purchase.
Then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, and it was almost as much as the actual order. At that point I felt kind of trapped, like I either had to overpay for shipping or abandon the whole thing, which was frustrating for something so small.
Maybe it makes more sense if you're buying a bunch of items at once, but for a normal small order it just didn’t feel worth it. I ended up closing the page without buying anything.

"I’ll admit I’m probably more impatient..."
I’ll admit I’m probably more impatient about shipping than some people, but this order really dragged on way longer than I expected. I needed the oils for a weekend project, so I kept checking the tracking, and it barely changed. It just felt like the package was sitting somewhere with no real updates.
Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but their response didn’t really clear anything up or make the wait less frustrating. For me, dependable delivery matters a lot, maybe even more than it does for other people, so I don’t think I’d order again
"Didn't seem very fresh"
When I opened it, it just had this kind of old smell to it, not fresh at all. I know smell isn’t everything, but if something smells like it’s been sitting around, I kind of assume it probably has, so I wasn’t too happy with it.

"Bulk pricing was kinda disappointing"
I ordered in bulk thinking it would save me some money, but it ended up feeling like the value just wasn’t really there for what I got. Once shipping was added in, it was kinda even less worth it...

"Got the wrong oils in my order"
I ordered a few oils, but, when the package showed up, they had sent the wrong ones, and one bottle was missing, too. It took a few days to get everything sorted out, which was frustrating.

"Definitely not sandalwood"
I ordered the sandalwood scent, it didn’t smell even remotely like sandalwood to me. It was more like cheap soap, which was disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but calling this sandalwood feels a little misleading.

"Oil leaked all over the box"
The cap didn’t seal properly, so the oil leaked everywhere inside the box. It was a big mess to clean up and kinda frustrating
"The website was hard to figure out"
I found the website a lot more confusing than I expected. I was just trying to get around and find what I needed, but it felt like every time I clicked on something, I ended up having to stop and think about where I was or what I was supposed to do next. Maybe it works fine once you get used to it, but for me the layout and overall flow were not very straightforward, and it made the whole experience kind of frustrating.

"Not totally convinced it’s legit..."
I’m not sure about this one... the smell seemed kind of fake to me, and the info on the label just felt a little off. Maybe it’s fine, but it didn’t really give me confidence that the ingredients were the real deal.

I ordered this oil and right away the smell seemed off compared to others I’ve used. It felt a bit diluted, so I had a hard time trusting it. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but for anyone else who’s picky about quality, this might be something to watch out for. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Honestly, it felt overpriced"
I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but the prices just felt way too high for what you actually get. Like, I’m fine paying more if it feels worth it, but this just didn’t. Walked away feeling kind of annoyed, honestly. Not terrible, just definitely not worth the money for me.

"Shipping delay was frustrating"
I ordered from naturesoil.com and the product itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I also didn’t get any really helpful updates while I was waiting, which made it more annoying. the whole thing felt avoidable with better communication

I made up my mind fast on this one. The oil had a weird off smell right away, and it just felt weaker than I was expecting. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I wouldn’t buy it again

"Still Not Fixed"
I reached out to support hoping they’d get the issue sorted, but nothing ever got fixed. I kept waiting around and going back and forth, and it just felt like a complete waste of my time.

"Honestly, it just didn’t feel professional"
I don’t know, the whole experience just felt really unprofessional to me. Everything seemed careless, like no one was really paying attention or taking it seriously. It felt unprofessional from the start, and even as things went on, it still felt careless and kind of sloppy. I kept thinking it would get better, but it just kept feeling the same.

"Wish there were more options"
I was really hoping to find a wider selection of oils and ingredients, but it felt a bit limited to me. A few of the things I was looking for either weren’t there or were hard to track down, which made me second-guess if I was missing something. It’s probably fine if you just need the basics, but for what I had in mind, I didn’t feel totally confident I could get everything here.

"I never really heard back from customer service"
I emailed customer service twice about my order and, i never got a real answer back. I also tried calling, but that didn’t really go anywhere either. I get that they might be busy or short-staffed, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it felt like nobody was paying attention. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they improve their support.

"They never seem to have my size"
I swear every time I go to check, the size I actually need is sold out, and sure, there are smaller ones sitting there, but that does me absolutely no good, so then I end up checking back again later and again after that and it just gets really annoying after a while.

"Oil leaked all over the package..."
My order showed up with oil all over the inside of the box, which was frustrating. I’m not sure if the cap wasn’t tightened properly or if the packaging just wasn’t strong enough, but a decent amount had already leaked out before I even opened it. Super messy to deal with, and I expected a little more care when shipping something like this..
